Return trips:
- From Lombok (Bangsal port) to Bali (Padang Bai port): 12:30
- From Gili Air to Bali (Padang Bai port): 12:15
- From Gili Trawangan to Bali (Padang Bai port): 11:30

- Operator note: not suitable for infants 0–2 and passengers over 60
- For round-trip tickets, enter the return date
- The ticket information presented on the website is for reference only. Ticket availability for a specific date and time must be confirmed with the manager.
- Taxes are not included in the ticket price and are paid separately.
- If you do not register at the company’s office before the trip from the Gili Islands, the cost of a local boat during low tide from the speedboat to the shore may differ.
- Due to bad weather in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons the boat company has the right to transfer you to a ferry to cross from the Gili Islands to Bali or from Bali to the Gili Islands.
- The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another company’s boat if less than 50% of tickets from all seats are sold.
- The carriage of animals on speedboats to the Gili Islands / Lombok is prohibited by Indonesian law.
- Important: we do not recommend planning trips to other islands if less than two days remain before your departure from Bali.
- We act as a booking service and intermediary between the client and the provider offering services in Indonesia.

The Way To The Islands
At the port, you need to find the Ostina office. You should arrive at the port 60 minutes before the boat departure time to have enough time to check in for the trip.
After you have checked in, keep your paper ticket with tear-off pages in a safe place, as you will need this ticket for check-in on the way back.
The trip to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok takes about 1.5–2.5 hours.

The Way Back
To check in for the trip from the Gili Islands/Lombok, you need to go to the Ostina office 60 minutes before the boat departure time and show your ticket.
The trip back to Bali takes about 1.5–2.5 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel
- A refund is made with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the activity for any reason, whether due to health issues, booking errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately, a refund or rescheduling is not possible. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you decide to cancel the tour after it has started (due to feeling unwell or for any other reason), no refund is possible.
- Refunds are made according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 days, and the refund will be issued within 10 days from the date of request.

If you Reschedule
- Rescheduling a ticket is possible once with at least 48 hours’ notice before the departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, subject to availability. If the requested date is not available and alternative dates are unsuitable, the ticket will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
