Boat schedule:
- From Bali (Serangan Port) to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Lombok (Bangsal port): 09:00
Return trips:
- From Lombok (Bangsal port) to Bali (Serangan Port): 12:00
- From Gili Air to Bali (Serangan Port): 11:45
- From Gili Trawangan to Bali (Serangan Port): 11:30
Important information
- Booking with full payment
- The ticket information presented on the website is for reference only. Ticket availability for a specific date and time must be confirmed with the manager.
- Taxes are not included in the ticket price and are paid separately.
- If you do not register at the company’s office before the trip from the Gili Islands, the cost of a local boat during low tide from the speedboat to the shore may differ.
- Due to bad weather in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons the boat company has the right to transfer you to a ferry to cross from the Gili Islands to Bali or from Bali to the Gili Islands.
- The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another company’s boat if less than 50% of tickets from all seats are sold.
- The carriage of animals on speedboats to the Gili Islands / Lombok is prohibited by Indonesian law.
- Important: we do not recommend planning trips to other islands if less than two days remain before your departure from Bali.
- We act as a booking service and intermediary between the client and the provider offering services in Indonesia.

The Way To The Islands
You need to find the Gili Getaway office. Please arrive at the port 30 minutes before departure to check in for your trip. After you have checked in, keep your paper ticket with the detachable stubs in a safe place, as you will need it again for the return check-in.
The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

The Way Back
To check in for your return trip, go to the Gili Getaway office 30 minutes before the departure time and present your ticket.
The return journey to Bali takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel
- Cancellation more than 7 days before departure — free of charge.
- Cancellation 2–7 days before departure — a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the activity for any reason, whether due to health issues, booking errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately, a refund or rescheduling is not possible. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you decide to cancel the tour after it has started (due to feeling unwell or for any other reason), no refund is possible.
- Refunds are made according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 days, and the refund will be issued within 10 days from the date of request.

If you Reschedule
- Rescheduling a ticket is possible once with at least 48 hours’ notice before the departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, subject to availability. If the requested date is not available and alternative dates are unsuitable, the ticket will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
