• A 25% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash on site.
• Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in advance using any of the available online payment methods.
• The tour is conducted by a local guide who has a basic knowledge of foreign languages, sufficient to answer your questions about local culture. Please treat this with understanding.
• Child ticket from 3 to 12 years old; children from 0 to 2 years old are free
• Due to the large number of tourists at Lempuyang Temple, the waiting time in line for taking a photo can be more than 3 hours
• If you want to take a picture in front of the famous split gates without queues, you need to leave your hotel/villa around 03:00 am (the early departure time must be agreed with the manager when booking the tour)
• For a night departure from your hotel/villa, an additional fee of 200,000 IDR must be paid on top of the main tour price on the website or in cash to the guide
• If you just want to walk around the temple grounds, the departure from the hotel takes place at the usual time
• Tour time: from 8 am to 5 pm / from 3 am to 3 pm (when booking an early departure)
• Visiting temples during menstruation is not recommended, and in some cases prohibited for women
• Limit on the number of seats: The vehicle can accommodate up to 4 adult passengers. If the number of people exceeds 4, we provide either two cars or one bus for comfortable seating. In this case, the trip cost will be calculated individually by the manager when placing the order.
• Seats for children: Children also occupy a separate seat in the vehicle, except for those carried on your lap (ages 0–4).
