Overview

Mount Ijen is located on the island of Java, with its highest point reaching 2,370 meters.

The journey begins at night. On the way to the summit, you can spot the mesmerizing blue flames — the result of burning sulfur. The view is breathtaking, and the very experience of a night hike leaves an unforgettable impression. Once you reach the summit, you’ll descend into the crater.

The scenery from the volcano is stunning, and many visitors come here specifically to witness the sunrise. Inside the crater lies a turquoise acidic lake — the largest of its kind in the world.

You’ll have the chance to take incredible photos!

The trip is both scenic and exciting, accompanied by a guide who will show you the best viewpoints and share the fascinating story of the volcano.
