• A hot air balloon can accommodate two adults and one child at the same time, as long as the total weight does not exceed 150 kg.
• Child ticket: from 3 to 11 years old.
• Children under 3 years old fly for free.
• If weather conditions do not allow the flight, you will be offered to reschedule it to another date.
• Please note that the time indicated in your program may not correspond to the actual balloon flight time — the ascent is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. Be prepared for possible waiting times or cancellation due to weather conditions.
• The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the hotel area and during the balloon flight.
