Day 1

Transfer: Bali – Mount Bromo

08:00–12:00 – Transfer from your hotel or villa to the Gilimanuk ferry terminal.

In the morning, at the scheduled time, you will be picked up by a comfortable vehicle and head toward the ferry terminal. The road passes through Bali’s most scenic landscapes: beaches, rice terraces, and the West Bali National Park.

12:00–13:00 – Ferry crossing to Banyuwangi Port on the east coast of Java.

We’ll stop in Ketapang for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to Mount Bromo.

After another 5 hours on the road, you’ll arrive around 18:00 in Cemoro Lawang village. It’s time to rest after the long journey – check into your hotel and get ready for an early wake-up.

Day 2

03:00 – Departure from the hotel by 4WD jeep to catch the sunrise. An unforgettable Bromo volcano tour awaits you.

Around 06:00, you’ll return to the jeeps and drive across the “Sea of Sand” – a vast volcanic plain with breathtaking views. Then you’ll hike up to the active crater of Mount Bromo. After climbing 240 steps, you’ll reach the summit to see the crater and the surreal lunar-like landscape. Afterward, return to the jeep and head back to the hotel for breakfast, packing, and rest.

09:15–11:00 – Jeep ride back to the hotel. Time for a meal, a bit of rest, and preparation for the next leg of your trip. Check out and continue to the waterfall. The journey takes about 5 hours, giving you a chance to relax and take in the scenery.

By 16:00, arrival and check-in at the next hotel, followed by free time to unwind.

Day 3

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Transfer

05:30–06:00 – Departure to one of the most famous and beautiful waterfalls on Java Island – Tumpak Sewu. Its name means “a thousand waterfalls,” and it’s well deserved. The site is a semicircular cliff where dozens of surface and underground streams cascade down from a height of 180 meters. Water flows from all directions, creating a spectacular natural panorama.

During your 3-hour visit, you’ll explore the area, descend to the viewpoint for stunning photos, enjoy the atmosphere, and then return to the car.

09:00–11:00 – Breakfast, then departure to the next destination – Mount Ijen. The drive takes approximately 5 hours.

According to new regulations for visiting Ijen, all tourists must check their blood pressure and obtain a medical clearance. Therefore, a short stop at a local hospital will be arranged on the way to the hotel. It won’t take long.

By 18:00, you’ll check into a hotel near the base of Mount Ijen, where you’ll have free time to rest. Make sure to get a good night’s sleep — another adventure awaits you tonight!

Day 4

Climb to Ijen – Return to Bali

00:30 – Departure from the hotel toward the slope of the active Ijen volcano. You’ll find yourself in a truly magical natural world – one of the few areas on Java where giant ferns and unique, ancient plants still thrive. Before starting the ascent, you’ll meet your professional English-speaking guide, who will provide respirator masks and flashlights.

02:00 – The hike to Ijen begins. The trekking takes about 1.5 hours. At the crater, you’ll witness the mesmerizing blue flames for which Ijen is world-famous. This is the largest sulfur deposit in Indonesia, where miners still extract sulfur manually. You’ll see them climbing out of the crater carrying 80-kg baskets of bright yellow sulfur on their shoulders.

At sunrise, you’ll reach an altitude of 2,386 meters above sea level and enjoy breathtaking scenery — mountain silhouettes, morning mist, and a stunning turquoise acid lake shimmering below.

06:00 – Begin your descent from the volcano, which takes around 1 hour. Then return to the hotel for breakfast and packing.

11:00–17:00 – Transfer back to Bali. The exact arrival time at your hotel or villa depends on the location and road conditions.
