Important information

- The price depends on the travel date (hotel season) and the number of guests — the form shows the final price for your group.
- For groups of 5–6 guests — contact the manager
- Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket.
- Government taxes are not included in the ticket price and are paid separately: 10 000 IDR per person before boarding the boat to the Gili Islands; 20 000 IDR per person at the pier on arrival at Gili and 20 000 IDR per person before boarding the boat back to Bali (on Gili — 40 000 IDR per person for both ways).
- The return transfer can be more complex to organize and may take approximately 4–5 hours. Travel time depends on road traffic, boat delays, and the remoteness of your hotel, so please be patient.
- The company Ostina does not guarantee return transfer directly to your hotel, only to a central point in the area.
- Due to adverse weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company may transfer you to a ferry for crossing from the Gili Islands to Bali or vice versa (force majeure).
- We do not recommend planning trips to other islands if you have less than two days before your flight from Bali.
- The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another company’s boat if less than 50% of all seats have been sold.
- We act as a booking service and intermediary between the client and the provider offering services in Indonesia.

Transfer to the island
Early in the morning, a transfer will pick you up from your hotel or villa and take you to Padang Bai port. Please wait for the vehicle at the hotel reception or at the entrance to your villa.
At the port, you need to find the office of the boat company Ostina and check in for your trip. Check-in must be completed at least 60 minutes before the boat departure. Keep your paper ticket with stubs in a safe place, as you will need it for return registration.
The boat departs from Padang Bai port at 09:30 AM. The trip to Gili Air on a speedboat takes approximately two and a half hours. If you are prone to seasickness, take motion sickness tablets about an hour before departure.

Program
Upon arrival at Gili Air, a guide holding a “BaliSoulTrips” sign will meet you. Depending on your arrival time, you can leave your belongings at the hotel or at the port office. Then you will go on a private snorkeling trip on a private boat.
During snorkeling, you can purchase underwater GoPro footage on-site (additional cost approx. 200 000 IDR).
Snorkeling takes place at three spots: the “Nest” spot with underwater statues, the turtle spot near Gili Meno, and the “Fish Garden” near Gili Air.
After this, the organized part of the trip ends, and you can spend the rest of the day on the island as you wish or simply relax at your hotel.
On the next day, we recommend waking up early to enjoy the sunrise and have breakfast at the hotel (Royal Regantris Villa Karang; Dream Divers Gili Air — breakfast confirmed at booking). Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Day 2
Return trip
To check in for the return trip from Gili Air to Bali, arrive at the Ostina office at least 60 minutes before departure and present your ticket. The boat departs at 12:00 PM.
Delays are common on the return trip, so for a comfortable wait on the beach, bring a hat and try to stay in the shade to avoid discomfort in the sun.
Upon arrival at Padang Bai port, approach the ticket office of the boat company (where you checked in for the trip to the Gilis). The staff will advise you on how to find the group transfer to your area. The transfer will take you to your hotel, villa, or meeting point.

Cancellation Policy

For the Tour
- A refund is made with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the activity for any reason, whether due to health issues, booking errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately, a refund or rescheduling is not possible. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you decide to cancel the tour after it has started (due to feeling unwell or for any other reason), no refund is possible.
- Refunds are made according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 days, and the refund will be issued within 10 days from the date of request.
