Important information
- Booking with full payment
- Child ticket: ages 3 to 10.
- Ticket information provided on the website is for reference only. Availability for specific dates and times must be confirmed with the manager.
- Upon arrival on Nusa Penida Island, a local tax of 25,000 IDR per person is payable.
- Group shuttle (Maruti & Glory) is available for a minimum of 2 people from the following areas: Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, McDonald’s Jimbaran, Sanur, and the Airport — you can add it in the booking form when booking your ticket.
- During low tide on Nusa Penida, boats may not always be able to dock at the pier, and boarding may take place directly from the water. We recommend bringing coral shoes for more comfortable boarding or disembarking.
- Transporting animals on fast boats to Nusa Penida is prohibited by Indonesian law.
- The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another operator’s vessel if less than 50% of the seats are sold.
- Important: we do not recommend planning trips to other islands if less than two days remain before your departure from Bali.
- We act as a booking service and intermediary between the client and the provider offering services in Indonesia.

The Way To The Island
To check in for your trip from Bali to Nusa Penida, you need to arrive at the port 60 minutes before the boat departure time.
At the port, find the Maruti company office.
After completing your check-in, keep your ticket in a safe place, as you will need it for the return trip.
A Maruti staff member will guide you to the boarding area.
The journey to Nusa Penida Island takes approximately 40 minutes.

The Way Back
To check in for your return trip from Nusa Penida to Bali, please arrive at the Toyapakeh port on Nusa Penida 60 minutes before departure.
At the pier, in the waiting hall, you’ll find the Maruti company office — present your ticket there to complete the check-in procedure.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel
- A refund is made with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the activity for any reason, whether due to health issues, booking errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately, a refund or rescheduling is not possible. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you decide to cancel the tour after it has started (due to feeling unwell or for any other reason), no refund is possible.
- Refunds are made according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 days, and the refund will be issued within 10 days from the date of request.

If you Reschedule
- Rescheduling a ticket is possible once with at least 48 hours’ notice before the departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, subject to availability. If the requested date is not available and alternative dates are unsuitable, the ticket will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
