Bali airport transfer — overview
Bali airport transfer — a private car between Bali Airport and your hotel or villa, at a fixed price per car. Only your group travels in the car.
In the booking form, choose the direction: Arrival (airport → hotel) or Departure (hotel → airport). The price is the same in both directions.
Then choose the area of your hotel and the car: Avanza for up to 4 guests with luggage or Innova for up to 6 guests. There are 14 areas, from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Jimbaran to Canggu, Ubud, Amed, Lovina and Tanah Lot; the price depends on the area and the car.
Need a transfer both ways? Make two bookings: one for arrival and one for departure.

Important information
- Avanza — up to 4 guests with luggage; Innova — up to 6 guests. Children count as guests.
- The price is per car, one way, whatever the number of guests.
- Choose the direction (arrival or departure) and the area of your hotel in the booking form.
- Round trip — two separate bookings: one for arrival, one for departure.
- Paid on the spot directly to the provider: waiting beyond 2 hours after the pickup time — 100 000 IDR per car; night transfer (23:00–05:00) — 50 000 IDR per car.

Waiting beyond 2 hours after the pickup time is charged extra: 100 000 IDR per car, paid on the spot directly to the provider.

Is there a night surcharge?
Yes. Transfers between 23:00 and 05:00 have a surcharge of 50 000 IDR per car, paid on the spot directly to the provider.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the pickup time — free of charge, full refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the pickup time — 100% of the booking amount is charged.
- Refunds are made according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 days, and the refund will be issued within 10 days from the date of request.
