• Booking with full payment
• Children under 3 years old travel free of charge.
• Child ticket: ages 3 to 10.
• Ticket information provided on the website is for reference only. Availability for specific dates and times must be confirmed with the manager.
• Group transfer by Maruti is available for a minimum of 2 people from the following areas: Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, McDonald’s Jimbaran, Sanur, and the Airport — additional fee 75,000 IDR one way. You can arrange the transfer with the manager during the ticket booking process.
• During low tide on Nusa Lembongan, boats may not always be able to dock at the pier, and boarding may take place directly from the water. We recommend bringing coral shoes for more comfortable boarding or disembarking.
• Transporting animals on fast boats to Nusa Lembongan is prohibited by Indonesian law.
• The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another operator’s vessel if less than 50% of the seats are sold.
• Important: we do not recommend planning trips to other islands if less than two days remain before your departure from Bali.
