• Booking with full payment
• During the high tourist season, from 16 June – 15 October and 16 December – 15 January, an additional fee of 600,000 IDR (~37 USD) applies.
• Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket.
• At the pier, before arriving at Gili and on the return trip before boarding the boat back to Bali, a government tax is charged: 10,000 IDR per person before departure to the Gili Islands, and 20,000 IDR per person on the return (a total of 30,000 IDR per person for both ways). Taxes are not included in the ticket price and are paid separately.
• The return transfer can be more complex to organize and may take approximately 4–5 hours. Travel time depends on road traffic, boat delays, and the remoteness of your hotel, so please be patient.
• The company Ostina does not guarantee return transfer directly to your hotel, only to a central point in the area.
• Due to adverse weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company may transfer you to a ferry for crossing from the Gili Islands to Bali or vice versa (force majeure).
• We do not recommend planning trips to other islands if you have less than two days before your flight from Bali.
• The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another company’s boat if less than 50% of all seats have been sold.
• We act as a booking service and intermediary between the client and the provider offering services in Indonesia.
