• A 25% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash on site.
• Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in advance using any of the available online payment methods.
• The tour is conducted by a local guide who has a basic knowledge of foreign languages, sufficient to answer your questions about the route. Please treat this with understanding.
• Child ticket from 3 to 11 years old; children from 0 to 2 years old are free
• The average tour duration is 12 hours
• 60,000 IDR for each hour exceeding the average tour duration
• Extreme activities at Aling-Aling waterfall are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the guests
• Visiting temples during menstruation is not recommended, and in some cases prohibited for women
• Limit on the number of seats: The vehicle can accommodate up to 4 adult passengers. If the number of people exceeds 4, we provide either two cars or one bus for comfortable seating. In this case, the trip cost will be calculated individually by the manager when placing the order.
• Seats for children: Children also occupy a separate seat in the vehicle, except for those carried on your lap (ages 0–4).
