- Vishnu – depicted sitting on a bull, symbolizing the preservation of harmony.
- Shiva – portrayed with a necklace of skulls, representing his destructive power.

- At the foundation of the universe lies the Bedawang turtle, around which snakes coil.
- A stone slab separates the world of the living from the underworld.
- Above it all are the heavens, the dwelling place of the gods, crowned by an empty throne for the supreme deity Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa.

In the past, the temple served as the center of community life in the village. Residents gathered here to discuss important matters, organize festivals, and solve common problems. In one of the pavilions, traditional musical instruments are kept, which tourists are welcome to try playing.

Over time, the statues and temple walls have acquired a patina of age, which only enhances their mystery. Yet the temple remains well-maintained, with clean grounds, a small pond with fish, and carefully preserved elements of ancient architecture.
