- Full names, ages and nationalities of all passengers in English, the weight of each passenger and passport photos are required for the flight

How Will It Be
If you plan to arrive at the starting point on your own, you must arrive at the helipad 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time (please confirm the address with your manager).
You can also use our transfer service — simply contact our manager through the website. Please note that the transfer cost is not included in the flight price.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a company representative who will assist you. Before the flight, you will receive a safety briefing and instructions for being on board. After that, your exciting aerial journey around Bali will begin according to your chosen program.
Seeing Bali from a bird’s-eye view is truly priceless.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel
- A refund is provided with a 25% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made by the client no less than 7 days before the start of the activity.
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the trip, a penalty fee of 100% of the total amount applies.
- Tour cancellations due to weather conditions are accepted only on the basis of official information confirming that the conditions prevent safe operation.
- The service provider has experience and knowledge of the weather conditions along the route. For safety reasons, no flight will be permitted in the event of an official restriction.
- A subjective assessment of the weather conditions by participants cannot be considered a valid reason for canceling or postponing the flight.
- Refunds for tour cancellations due to weather conditions are not provided; however, the tour may be rescheduled to another available date.
- A full refund will be issued if the service provider is unable to deliver the service in full.
- Refunds are processed according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- The refund review period is up to 5 calendar days from the date of request.
- Refunds are completed within 5 calendar days from the date of the refund decision.

- Rescheduling is possible up to 3 times.
- Free of charge if requested more than 48 hours before the flight.
- Less than 48 hours before the flight, a fee of up to 1 000 000 IDR may apply.
