Overview

This is a true adventure with overnight stays in tents under the starry sky, freshly cooked meals over a campfire, and the opportunity to relax in natural hot springs inside the volcano’s caldera. Each day involves long hikes of 6 to 10 hours through diverse landscapes.

Under the guidance of an experienced guide and with the help of attentive porters, you will explore the active Mount Rinjani, enjoying breathtaking views of the mountains painted by sunrises and sunsets. You’ll step into the mysterious atmosphere of volcanic craters, including the one located in the heart of the caldera lake.

You will reach an altitude of 3,726 meters above sea level. The tour includes not only the ascent to the top of Rinjani but also a descent to the crater lake, where you can relax in hot springs.

• Jackets, trekking poles, power banks, and flashlights can be rented during registration (please inform your manager in advance).
• On Private Standard and Shared, porters carry only food, drinks, kitchen supplies and camping equipment. On Private Deluxe, a porter also carries your personal belongings.
• Need a porter for your personal belongings on Private Standard or Shared? Add the “Extra porter” option: the price is per porter for the whole trek (up to 20 kg).
• Minimum age: 10 years on Private Deluxe and Private Standard, 15 years on Shared.
• The price per person depends on the group size: choose the package for the total number of guests (1 / 2–6 / 7+). All guests, including children, are booked as adults at the adult rate.
• Shared is a group trek for experienced trekkers.
• You can reach Lombok Island by speedboat from Padangbai port or by plane from Ngurah Rai Airport.
• BaliSoulTrips.com is not responsible for weather conditions on the dates of your tour. The weather in Mount Rinjani’s caldera is unpredictable — fog, rain, and low visibility are possible, especially during the rainy season.
