The BaliSoulTrips.com Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Certificate”) is an electronic voucher with a unique identification number (order number), granting the Holder the right to use the services of BaliSoulTrips.com within the amount specified in the certificate.

The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. If the service specified in the Gift Certificate cannot be provided due to weather conditions or cancellation by the Provider (Executor), the service will be rescheduled to another date.

The Gift Certificate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of this period, any unused Gift Certificate becomes void. Funds for expired Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

The Gift Certificate can be used by the Holder only once. Once the Gift Certificate has been redeemed and the service provided by the Provider (Executor), it is considered fully used and no longer valid.

If the Gift Certificate has been redeemed and the Provider is unable to fulfill the service for any reason beyond the control of BaliSoulTrips.com, the service may be exchanged for another — either of equal value, or of higher value with the Holder (Client) covering the difference.

If the cost of the service chosen by the Holder is less than the nominal value of the Gift Certificate, the difference is not refundable.

If the Provider (Executor) increases the price of the service specified in the Gift Certificate, BaliSoulTrips.com reserves the right to request the Holder to pay the difference, and the Client agrees to cover this amount.
