The best time for diving in Komodo is during the dry season, which begins in April and lasts until October. During this period, the sea is calm, and the weather is sunny all day long \u2014 an ideal time to explore the northern and central dive sites. From November to December, the rainy season begins, bringing unstable weather and strong currents. However, this is also a great time to see manta rays and dive in the southern sites.<\/p>\n

In January and February, the peak of the rainy season occurs, when the weather is often unpredictable, and the port captain may sometimes prohibit all boats from going out to sea.<\/p>\n

From March, the weather starts to improve, but it\u2019s still not perfect for diving.<\/p>\n
